Are you struggling with your aerial skills because you need to be stronger? Or maybe you've developed pain or injury due to your aerial practice. This is the class for you! We will use a combination of weights, bands, & bodyweight movements to build the strength we need to move our bodies around in the air as efficiently and safely as possible.
