Are you struggling with your aerial skills because you need to be stronger? Or maybe you've developed pain or injury as the result of your aerial practice. This is the class for you! We will use a combination of weights, bands, & bodyweight movements to build the strength we need to move our bodies around in the air as easily and safely as possibly.
