Core Flow Hypopressives is Low Pressure Fitness, a practice that started with hypopressives. The LPF training method is a movement and postural exercise system that improves breathing coordination and deep core muscle stabilizers. The poses incorporate hypopressive techniques to reduce pressure through the core and pelvic floor and improve posture and myofascial and neurodynamic mobility. We will move through a sequence of poses in class, similar to a yoga flow. As we are focused on the movement of the breath, it is also beneficial as a mindfulness practice. LPF helps with postpartum recovery, leaking & pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, and athletic performance.

Special Instructions

Wear comfortable clothing to move in, and be prepared to take off your shoes.
