CLASS DETAILS

Lift Lab is a small group personal training class. Beginners welcome!  Like personal training, you will get more attention than in a typical class. With a maximum of 6 students, your coach will have time to ensure your form & body mechanics are good and any adjustments you need can be made. 

You will learn functional movement patterns and foundational weightlifting skills: squat, hip hinge, push, pull, and twist. The class will go through various phases throughout the year, focusing on different strength qualities. Our goal is education & movement competency.

The class program is designed for people without significant physical challenges that require specialized help: major injuries or movement restrictions, autoimmune diseases, etc. If you need more than slight modifications to participate, one-on-one personal training may be a better fit for you.
