Learn how to build a strong and functional core. Improve your posture, reduce low back pain, stop leaking, improve prolapse symptoms, and brace safely with diastasis recti and hernia. A strong core is your foundation for all other physical activity.
This class is safe as early as 6 weeks postpartum or post-abdominal surgery with clearance from your care provider. Once you've given birth, you're always postpartum. It's always possible to get your core strong again. This class is also great for anyone who needs more ab strength and control. Sitting a lot for work often causes us to lose our deep core connection and stability. All genders are welcome.
Kyla is a retired midwife, mom of three, pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and strength coach. She sought higher education to help her with her postpartum struggles.
